I only come here for the bo-berry biscuits with the vanilla glaze drizzled on top. And every time I come here, I buy about 10-12 biscuits and they end up making me a fresh batch. It's always empty inside, like a ghost town. Service is always quick because its never ever crowded inside.. Lol.

Today I got the Cajun Filet combo. The chicken was fried to perfection with the right amount of spice. Their biscuits are always on point. They get a 5 for their biscuits alone. I got fries instead of the hash rounds. The staff was very friendly at 6:00 a.m. I definitely recommend this location and will be going back again. I thought the restaurant could have been a tad bit cleaner, however like one previous Yelper said it is hard to keep a place spotless that fries chicken and makes gravy all day. Grease makes it very hard to keep things pristine.

Reminded me of Popeye's. Not that I know much about the brand or its stores but this location was slow as molasses! OMG I could have fried up a batch of chicken faster than we picked up our order (ref to the drive-thru of course!). I like that they deliver your food in a box, very nice touch! My experience was after a rather large dinner order, three stars bc the food was hot and fresh!

I went here for dinner today and was extremely disappointed in what I found. On are way home from Bethany beach in Delaware, we stopped here for what we thought was going to be a "quick" dinner. Little did we know that we would be waiting almost 45 minuets before taking are first bite. This place is considered "fast food" but that was put to shame after tonight. We watched as others that ordered much later then us walk out the door with their delicious meal, while we suffered. But after 45 minuets we finally revived are food and a free treat for waiting. The chicken I had was some of the best I've had in my life. The fries were great too. I wasn't disappointed. Overall the food was outstanding but, the service was absolutely awful. The staff seemed to have 0 care for the customers as the tea dispensers were empty and they were out of napkins. Also many times the cashier disappeared and wouldn't come back for a few minuets. I'm won't be visiting a Bojangles soon after what I've experienced today.

In the morning they are fine, fast & fresh. As soon as noon hits its like everyones quits & only the most bogus people are left to work. How are you known for chicken but never have chicken ready? What kind of sense does that make? No I dont want 3 legs douchebag I want what was said on the menu. If someone ask for jelly GIVE IT TO THEM. Dry ass biscuits are not that great now give up the condiments. Shit is super irritating.

Ive had nothing but the worst experience with this Bojangles, last week i went, they left the bisquits out of the box, and i got no receipt, had to drive back where the manager on duty felt that their was really no need for compensating me for my inconvenience.......tried to give them another go...... this sunday went to go get some food, when i pulled up to the window to place my order i was placed on hold for a good 3 minutes, then when the person finally asked for my order which was 12 piece tailgate with 3 orders of fries and beans, he acted like i was ordering something foreign off the menu, finally i drove around to pay this is when i hear the workers in the inside talking about the confusion with the orders that coming in the drive thru, so i asked the cashier Rico to repeat the order, which he did everything was repeated correctly but after waiting over 15 minutes because i requested all dark meat the order was still incomplete, i called the manager from the car because the store is now closed and advised her that the order was wrong, she did compensate me and said that she normally doesnt work the night shift, but will let the daytime managers know whats going on, but when i got home this was the kicker i pulled the chicken box out of the tailgate box and it LITERALLY almost hit the floor, i called back first thing the next morning to see if the day manager knew about what happened the night before they were aware, i did also let her know about the chicken, that answer that she could give me was to drain the chicken properly the chicken needs at least 10 minutes to set on the strainer, advised her i had no problem in waiting i would have waited, because we had to wait anyway, THIS BOJANGLES WORKERS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I'm only a fan and give 3-stars because I am from NC and love Bojangles. This particular Bojangles has ok customer service. They really need to fix their attitude. I get the same thing every time I go - the 4-piece supreme combo. Sometimes half of the box is fresh, sometimes not so much. The fries they don't seem to cook long enough and the supremes seem to get smaller and smaller. However, like I stated, I'm from NC, and I adore Bojangles.

A friend and I had an argument about who had the better Chicken Tenders: Bojangles' Chicken Supremes or Popeyes' Louisiana Tenders. Being from South Carolina, I had a natural predilection for Bojangles meaty and buttery soft Chicken Supremes. They are like chicken ambrosia I tried to explain. He could not understand how they could be better than Popeyes' crunchy and spicy Louisiana Tenders. The game was afoot. We left our morning class with an hour and a half to spare until our afternoon Clinic met. We figured we could leave our school in NW DC, get to Largo Town Center and back in time. We'd order some Chicken Supremes and compare them to Popeyes, which we always had easy access to on Wisconsin Avenue. Unfortunately, we ran into some Capitol Hill traffic, which slowed us down considerably. We ended up having to buy their famous Bo-berry biscuits for our entire 15 person class just to excuse our tardiness. Although we were half an hour late, everyone loved their Bo-berry biscuits, and wondered where we got such delicious breakfast items. When we replied the closest Bojangles was Largo Town Center, groans echoed throughout the room as they knew that was the last time they would have them for awhile. But it's okay, soon the groans were muffled by more munching. We never did resolve who has the better Chicken Tenders, but the moral of the story is everyone is happy when Bojangles is involved. And trust me you cannot beat their Chicken Supremes, which is like heaven in a box. So if you have an extra hour (or two) make your way to Largo Town Center and eat some Bojangles. You will be happy you did.

This is a message to the management. Dude? First let me start by saying, I lived in North Carolina and almost grew up on Bojangles so this may have some southern hospitality bias. Your service SUCKS! Send all of your staff to the Chik-Fil-a right around the corner and train in the lobby and drive through. You have to be kidding me. And, please note, it's not just your location, the location on Iverson mall is should also be reading this review. It's simple. By definition, you are a fast food restaurant. So, little is to be expected. But, "Fast Food". Why is that so hard. There should never be a 5 plus minute wait for 2 carsin the drive through. And, at the least set the expectations of the consumer by saying, "we will be with you in one moment", "one moment please". Not give me a second. Or one second.....I counted 30 on them seconds you asked me to hold. Unacceptable. And it's not the drive through attendants fault. That's training and having the proper number of staffer on duty servicing me when I embark on your establishment. Now let me State, after waiting for you to take my order, and repeat it to me 3 times as if I said it wrong, or was not sure the first time I said it, you get it wrong? Really. Mr. manager Sir, respectfully fire yourself or hire and train the right people or your business will be another closed door in Largo. As a business owner, I understand how hard it is to find good help in the 20774. But, they exist. Fire and hire. Hire ant train. If I order another Cajun filet bisquit with egg and cheese with fries and extra season, and get anything other than that......we will have to meet personally. 4 out 5 times I have visited is my order wrong. You have one job. Even if it takes 5 mins. Get my order right. Especially in the drive through. Recent messed up orders. 1. Mentioned above. Was the last occurance. 2. This one was just the final straw. That order was so wrong it was terrible. Nothing was right. order a Cajun filet bisquit with fries extra seasoning and a sweet tea. I received a coke.......and a mislabeled steak bisquit. Come on man! Luckily I am a seasone veteran and new by the weight and bag color this was wrong. Receipt was on the wrong bag. But, the coke? Not sure how this happens. 3. Order a cinnamon twist. With a similar breakfast and the middle of it was the only edible portion. Pissed me off and If I had time I would have brought that rock back to the provider. I did not need that anyway so I chalked it up as a blessing. 4. Ordered yesterday 4 piece strip combo and got 4 of the tiniest strips I have ever seen. Did Hal switch to pigeons? 3 of the 4 strips were half the size of the normal strips you have. Should have been a 6 or 8 piece. That was for my son and he was not happy to have ordered such a small meal after school. You are providing the Largo area a service. We do not owe you anything. We only ask you provide a fast food experience that is not like the Largo area. This is a southern restaurant and when I go to Bojangles I expect something different. But you have done a great job of becoming a below average location. Fire then hire Train train train. Fire hire and train. I am going to stop now. Note, I am there multiple times a month and maybe we should meet to discuss the vision of Bojangles. Obviously the vision changes as they move north.

Bojangles is like uber-Popeyes Same spices Same general theme But the chicken is so much better! It's high quality stuff, really satisfyingly tender and meaty. The biscuits are also a + If you're around for breakfast, stop by for a chicken biscuit, they are killer! I really wish they had cole slaw though...

Back in 2001, I was on a business trip to South Carolina and received the following phone call from one of my coworkers who went to college in the region: "What's up, you Bojangles-eating... ?" and concluded his greeting with a word that would imply that I had an unhealthy relationship with my mother. For years, I've heard people talk about Bojangles with the same level of reverence that people get when they get together with old college buddies and fondly reminisce about that one time you totally started a fight with the bathroom sink and passed out in Hoser's bed, dude. Unfortunately, there's never been a Bojangles around me, and as there apparently aren't a lot of Bojangles around many of us yelpers either, Yella called for a UYE at this location. For a fried chicken joint, this place is awfully clean. Let's face it: chicken grease, fat, and gravy aren't really conducive to keeping a clean storefront (or a clean *anything* for that matter). But the restaurant itself was pretty tidy, much more so than a lot of other fast food establishments. Service was quick and friendly, and I got my meal (two thighs and a leg with mashed potatoes and a biscuit) in about two minutes. Bojangles bird definitely has a bit of a kick to it, but it's not anything like the spicy chicken you get at Popeyes. The chicken was moist, the skin was crispy, and it had just enough seasoning on it. The mashed potatoes honestly tasted like the mashed potatoes they used to serve in high school. That's not an insult so much as it's a weird coincidence. They're not quite as thick as the mashed potatoes you get at Popeyes or KFC, but they're not watery by any means. The gravy was good, but truth be told, I'm a fan of Popeyes and their sausage gravy. One thing Bojangles has going for it (aside from taste) is value. Prices for eight and 12 piece boxes of chicken were definitely several dollars less than what you'd pay for at either KFC or Popeyes. The verdict: I don't eat fast food fried chicken very often, but if I did (and they had one by me--would you PLEASE open up a franchise in Arlington for chrissakes!) I think the combination of flavor and value would make me choose Bojangles over Popeyes (my current area favorite) more often than not.

If you've never had a Bojangles' cajun filet biscuit in your life, then you're missing out! Same goes for the Boberry Biscuits (sweet biscuits with blueberries and icing). Sweet tea is at diabetic levels and sides include dirty rice, mac and cheese, cole slaw and other southern staples. No, it doesn't compare to your mama's Sunday dinner, but it does the trick for a Monday thru Saturday replacement.
